Refund Policy for patmya.com
At patmya.com, we offer memberships that grant access to our suite of tools. We strive to provide a service that meets your needs, and we encourage you to explore our offerings before committing to a membership.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your membership at any time directly through PayPal or by sending a cancellation request to admin@patmya.com. If you used a credit card directly, please include the email address and any other relevant details used during your sign-up process when making the request.
Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made to your account. However, please note that cancellation will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
All payments made for the membership are non-refundable. Once a payment for the month has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
If you choose to cancel your membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be billed for any subsequent cycles.

Terms and Conditions
By using Patmya.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Free Access and AI Usage Limits
Patmya.com is free to use with limited access to AI-powered tools. Users can upgrade to higher monthly usage limits by purchasing a subscription:
- $5/month – 100 AI actions
- $10/month – 200 AI actions
- $20/month – 300 AI actions
- $50/month – 1000 AI actions
Subscription upgrades are optional and non-refundable.
2. Stock Images Usage
All stock images provided on Patmya.com are fully licensed for use in your creative projects, including commercial publishing. However, users may not download or redistribute stock images as standalone assets.
To comply with usage terms, book pages must include at least three combined visual elements per page to be considered original content.
3. User-Uploaded and Created Content
Content uploaded or created by users is stored in private server folders. We do not access or share this data unless legally required. You are responsible for backing up your content as we may periodically remove inactive accounts.
4. Email Communication and Marketing
By creating an account, you agree to receive:
- Weekly email newsletters with product updates and publishing tips
- Occasional promotional emails related to Patmya services
You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.
