30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)
- Eligible: Your first purchase of the Affiliate Page Builder (initial charge only) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Window: Request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial transaction date shown on your receipt.
- Access: If a refund is approved, your premium access will be revoked when the refund is processed.
Renewals, Upgrades, and Subsequent Charges
- Renewals: Recurring renewal payments after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable.
- Plan Changes: Upgrades and add-ons are non-refundable, but your new features remain available for the current billing period.
How to Cancel
- PayPal: You can cancel any time directly in your PayPal account (Subscriptions & Payments) or by emailing admin@patmya.com.
- Credit/Debit Card: Email admin@patmya.com from your purchase email and include your name and the last 4 digits of the card used.
- Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically trigger a refund unless you’re within the 30-day window and request one.
How to Request a Refund (Within 30 Days)
- Email admin@patmya.com with subject: Refund Request — Affiliate Page Builder.
- Include: purchase email, transaction ID (from PayPal/receipt), and purchase date.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days after approval (your bank/payment provider may vary).
Fair Use & Exceptions
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund patterns.
- Please contact us first. Opening a payment dispute may delay resolution.

1. Free Access and AI Usage Limits
Patmya.com is free to use with limited access to AI-powered tools. Users can upgrade to higher monthly usage limits by purchasing a subscription:
- $5/month – 100 AI actions
- $10/month – 200 AI actions
- $20/month – 300 AI actions
- $50/month – 1000 AI actions
Subscription upgrades are optional and non-refundable.
2. Stock Images Usage
All stock images provided on Patmya.com are fully licensed for use in your creative projects, including commercial publishing. However, users may not download or redistribute stock images as standalone assets.
To comply with usage terms, book pages must include at least three combined visual elements per page to be considered original content.
3. User-Uploaded and Created Content
Content uploaded or created by users is stored in private server folders. We do not access or share this data unless legally required. You are responsible for backing up your content as we may periodically remove inactive accounts.
4. Email Communication and Marketing
By creating an account, you agree to receive:
- Weekly email newsletters with product updates and publishing tips
- Occasional promotional emails related to Patmya services
You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.
