Refund and Cancellation Policy for Patmya.com
Patmya.com offers annual memberships that provide access to our tools and services. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Annual Billing
All paid memberships are billed annually through PayPal at the time of purchase and automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting admin@patmya.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual billing period. You will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of that term. No further renewal charges will be processed after cancellation.
Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable.
Because access to digital tools and AI services is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer full or partial refunds for annual subscriptions once payment has been processed.
Token pack purchases are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.

1. Membership Structure
Patmya.com offers Free, Basic, and Pro membership levels.
Free Membership

- Image creation and storage (no fixed image limit)
- Limited AI usage
Basic Membership
- $5 per month, billed annually at $60
- 50 AI uses per month
- Up to 20 landing pages
- Full builder access
Pro Membership
- $10 per month, billed annually at $120
- 200 AI uses per month
- Up to 100 landing pages
- Full builder access
Token Packs
Additional AI tokens may be purchased at $10 per 100 tokens.
2. Billing and Subscription Terms
- All paid memberships are billed annually via PayPal.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
3. Token Usage Policy
- Monthly AI allowances reset each month.
- Unused monthly tokens reset and do not accumulate beyond plan limits.
- Purchased token packs roll over, with a maximum token balance cap of 500 tokens.
- Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable.
4. User Content and Storage
User-generated and uploaded content is stored on secure servers and associated with your account through internal database systems.
- Users retain ownership of their content.
- Patmya does not claim ownership of user-created materials.
- Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not use the Platform to create, upload, or distribute:- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Hateful, abusive, or harassing content
- Illegal materials or content promoting unlawful activity
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is incomplete or unsuitable for specific purposes. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the legality and accuracy of any AI-generated content before publication or distribution.
Patmya makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated materials.7. No Profit Guarantees
Patmya makes no guarantees regarding financial results, sales performance, traffic, or revenue generated from use of the Platform.
8. Account Termination
Patmya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
9. Third-Party Services
Patmya integrates with third-party providers including PayPal and AI service providers. Patmya is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or data issues caused by third-party systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Patmya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Colorado.
12. Modifications
Patmya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Token and AI Usage Policy
- One token is deducted per successful AI generation request.
- Tokens are only deducted when an AI request is successfully processed and returns a usable response.
- If an AI request fails due to system error or processing failure, tokens are not deducted.
- AI voice-over features are included as part of membership access and do not deduct tokens unless otherwise specified in future updates.
- Patmya reserves the right to modify token requirements for features with reasonable notice.
